from Brooklyn emcee / producer Saga with this leak and announcement of his new LP Guttersnipe to drop on December 10th. Fully self-produced and rife with cinematic jazzy samples as well as urban grit Saga enlisted some of his favorite spitters to guest including Masta Ace, Ruste Juxx, Eddie Kaine, Jamal Gasol, Ty Farris, Sage Infinite and Cise Greeny.
Speaking on the significance of the album title Saga said “a Guttersnipe is usually a derogatory term applied to someone from a lower class in society. People who are born into certain socioeconomic strata view people who came from the lower class as a character flaw instead of recognizing the character and strength of the individual who has pulled themselves up.”
